Under the cooperation agreement between Onon Balj National Park Administration in Mongolia and Sohond Biosphere Strictly Protected Area Administration in the Russian Federation, a number of activities have been organized. One of the events traditionally organized is a drawing contest among the school children under the different topic on annual basis. This year, the contest has been announced under a topic “Source of Amur River-protected area”.   
Total of 52 student sent their art works for the competition and 10 mongolian school childrens were invited to participate in an international summer camp organized by the Sohond Biosphere Strictly Protected Area in Russia from July 30 to August 3 2018.
The gathering was organized under the theme "Crane" and many events were held up. Childrens did comic book drawings and produced a play on "White Naped Crane", which were complimented by the participants. Also, the activity included making of clay crane sculpture, crane-shaped paper cutting, souvenir making, hiking and exploring crane food preference.
