WWF-MONGOLIA ANNOUNCES THE POSITION OF Receptionist & Social Media officer

Position Title: Receptionist & Social Media officer, WWF-Mongolia.                  
Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia    
Major Functions
-Welcomes visitors and provides support to the Operations Director and to all staff on administrative matters.  
-Supports e-communications channels to have a larger number of social media audiences and increase reorganization of WWF-Mongolia’s profile within the donor and internal society.                                                                  
Duties and Responsibilities
-Functions as the receptionist for the office, operates telephone and fax machine, deals with inquiries from the field and other stakeholders as needed.
-As the host person of the office, the receptionist welcomes visitors, communicates timely with relevant staff, makes appointments of the meetings, and supports in the logistics where necessary.
-Assists the office manager in ensuring a normal working status of office equipment and devices
-Assists on content development of e-communications channels (facebook, twitter etc);
-Updates websites’ (home page and eco-regional) contents;
-Conducts market survey on prices of fixed assets/equipment and queries for service quotations from the corporations
-Supports with daily office administration duties where needed
-Maintains registration of incoming and outgoing official letters/documents
-Registers and regularly controls fixed assets of WWF MPO
-Supports staff to use library sources
-Performs other tasks as assigned by relevant staff 
Required Qualifications.
-University degree in social sciences, communications and other related fields
-At least two (2) years of work experience with similar duties
-Knowledge in office management
-A strong competence in social media
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to work in a team 
-Good knowledge of English and Mongolian languages
